How To Tell if Someone is Following you on Twitter

I get asked quite often, “How can I tell is someone is following me on Twitter.   It’s pretty easy to find out if they are.  Here’s the test: Can you direct message them? If you can, then you know that they are following you.

    Alternatively, go to this address change “followme” to the persons name and “ianmayman” to your Twitter name, that way you won’t need to send a test message.

    So, do you follow me?!

    There also IsFollow.com …pretty much the same thing.
